Initially, I really wanted a "floor-mounted" mini split because I thought it would be less of an eye sore, but after he special ordered it, the day of the install, I realized it was not what I thought it would be. Peter stopped the work, packed it back up, and was back in my house within the hour with the traditional mini split.
