Reliable, professional, and punctual. We hired Arctic Fox Cooling Services for a diagnostic visit. Scheduling the service was quick and convenient - the scheduling staff member was very friendly. We also had a good experience with the technician, who explained what he was measuring/inspecting for throughout the visit. The technician was thorough in his follow-up documentation and maintenance recommendations. Would hire again.

I have been using arctic fox for almost 2 years. I started using them for all my commercial needs for my office building. They replaced all Four of my 5 ton units at a very competitive price. I then switched the 3 homes that I Owned and they’ve been taking care of those ever since. If I have a problem even on a weekend or a holiday they make sure somebody shows up and gets it working. I’ve never been as happy as I am with arctic fox as are all my friends and family I’ve referred to them over the years!
