This company is like no other I have ever dealt with. They do high end work but still have that tight knit family business feel. Every guy you speak to speaks highly of Ryan and all other members of the team which already says a lot. Every single person that has entered my home has been so unbelievably respectful, humble, and skilled. Yuni is an absolute treasure and not only knows his way around HVAC, but does incredible construction, electrical, and anything else I've ever needed. The units he's installed look like no other work I've had done before. The clean precision he works with is a marvel. Every time I look at anything he installed it just makes me so happy. The guys from Copacetic are the kinds of guys I feel comfortable leaving in my house alone and never have to worry about for a second. They treat my home and family with so much respect. They close gates and doors, protect floors and just generally care about the people and the space they are working in. I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and team. It was built from the ground up by clearly selecting the best guys out there. I will never work with anyone else.
Ryan and Luis are very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions promptly and showed up the next day to fix my AC. Their service is great and reliable, I highly recommend this company.
In the midst of all the COVID 19 and quarantine and as weather heats up my 24 year old AC decided it was going to finally stop working. Ryan and Copasetic Mechanical has been our go to AC guys for the last 7 years. Ryan has always been honest and a pleasure to deal with. When this happened we called him and he broke the news, he gave us a quote. I looked into other companies and did my due diligence. I found a couple of companies that gave me a better quote however, I have really been extremely happy dealing with Ryan and his customer service is always amazing. With the stress of times, current health conditions, and previously experienced his professionalism, customer service and honesty, I decided to go with Ryan. I have NO regrets. He came by with his team, Yuni, one of his employees, was very patient and careful installing the handler and the condenser. In addition, everyone wore masks. His team is very knowledgeable and you could tell they know exactly what they were doing. NOW I have an AC that is so much quieter than the old one. This one is cooler and I am sleeping better. Finding honest people and great service in Miami is heard to find and these guys are worth it!! In case you are also wondering why I have been loyal to copasetic, ** I had four different companies tell me 7 years ago, that I needed to replace my old Trane unit ASAP and that it would NOT last. Copasetic was the ONLY company that assured me that it was working well and to wait until it broke to fix.. I am glad to have Ryan and his team for the past 7 years!! 👏👏🤙 I highly recommend them.
