Fernando was great. I called him and scheduled an appointment. He sent the necessary paperwork and arrived on time. It was for a coil cleaning and he did a great job. Unit runs great. There was some work that needed to be done after the initial repair and he came back twice to follow-up and fix it without charging anything additional (it was a coil cleaning). I highly recommend him and will use him again!
