Edit- followed up with Aeroseal. I have old (60s) metal rectangular insulated ducts in good shape. Aeroseal brought down leakage from 16Ci to 4. House is a degree cooler in the summer when I get home on a hot day and feels better throughout as there is more oomph out of the supply vents. AC cycles less, etc. Satisfied with the results.
