The guys were here, Promptly they were super professional they got right to work. I had three huge AC UNITS. They cleaned inside and outside of all three. They cleaned the air conditioner coils to where they looked brand spanking new. They cleaned out the entire walls of the unit housing and painted it with white mildew mold resistant paint. We have used True Cool for installation and service of our A/C units for many years. They have always been very responsive. On this occasion, our unit had stopped cooling. After I exhausted my limited repair skills, I phoned just after 5 pm. By just after 6 pm, Robert arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Since we pay for a maintenance plan, there was no charge.
