On June 5, 2026 Adrian Marquetti came as an emergency on Friday Night at 8:30pm within one hour of the phone call that my husband made, when he reached out to the Direct Air Conditioning Company for help. Adrian was extremely professional, and maintained a clean workspace. After analyzing the situation, it got fixed with the hour and our A/C is now running smoothly again. I am very impressed with the professionalism displayed by this company. The technician communicated well as to what the system problems were and corrected them. In the course of his repairing the unit other problems were found with the motherboard. He replaced the thermostat so the air conditioner would continue working without having to replace a lot of the automated system and wait for a new motherboard. he was also quite helpful and honest in assessing that my air conditioner could soon be crap.
