We called Guisan to address uneven cooling throughout the house. Within a day they were out to discuss and identify the issue with the air ducts, and a couple of days later they started the job. We were initially hesitant because of the scope of the work needed, but Marco made multiple visits to the house to discuss the work and answer every single one of our questions, he even came over at 8:00 p.m. one night to make sure we were comfortable with everything.
