The Guisan team was very friendly, once the repair began we ran into a small issue with the parts, the parts came damaged from manufacture, but they were determined to fix the issue so they made the extra effort to go back to their warehouse and get a good part, and installed to get my ac working that night . I appreciate that.. thank you.
As always, this company performed above expectations. We came home from a trip at 5 pm to find the A/C was out. We called and, by 6:20, the guys had come, diagnosed and repaired the problem for a very modest price.
Exceptional service, highly recommend! We unfortunately had a complete outage for both indoor and outdoor units and they went above and beyond to help us and give options with packages for replacements. They were prompt, efficient and and highly professional every step of the way.
