77 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables“I love Club Pilates Coral Gables. I’ve been attending for about 15 months and have completed over 115 classes. I attend Jeanne’s class Reformer Flow 1.5 on Monday and Saturdays, and Leeann’s class, Control 1.5 on Thursday. They are both excellent instructors. Jeanne challenges me, teaches to the proper form, and keeps the class moving, the time in class goes so quick. I walk out stronger, inspired and reinvigorated. Jeanne will make you fall in love with Pilates. Leanne paces the class well, incorporates a variety (mat, XO chair, reformer) into the workout. She is very positive and focuses on proper form, slow and controlled. Overall, from Pilates, I’ve gained muscle definition, lost over 20 lbs and feel stronger than ever.“

Temperature is good, teachers are great, and the class has great flow with good energy from other practitioners. I like the location as well.
The owner is great too (we were able to connect because she knows some of the yogis back in my hometown). Highly recommend if you're looking to practice this series. Namaste!“

The people that come to classes are lovely as well, so the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. 2100 Coral Wy Suite 303, Miami“I came across Wellness Room Miami after hearing a podcast on Past Life Regressions and googling a facility that performs this service in my city. I called them up, and Fernando answered. He was super friendly and welcoming over the phone, we spoke for a bit of why and how everything would go about. He also recommended the book Many Lives, Many Master (which I am absolutely obsessed with and helped me view things from a different perspective). We went ahead and scheduled my appointment and he was very accommodating. On the day of my appointment, Fernando was very professional, informative, made sure to answer all my questions, eased my anxiety, and was overall very patient and well-educated. I would highly recommend going to Wellness Room if you have ever considered a Past Life Regression or similar services. I look forward to going back!“

6:30AM - 9PM
584 NW 26th St, Miami“This is definitely the best yoga studio in Miami. The instructors are phenomenal. I am not the best with yoga, so I love that this studio is so welcoming. I feel comfortable to make adjustments and modifications to how my body feels each day. But, I also love the opportunity for more challenging poses (although I am rarely brave enough for the more difficult poses?).This studio offers an amazing balance to be able to challenge yourself if you're more advance, but yet they make you comfortable if you're not there yet. All the instructors and classes are absolutely amazing. But, I have to admit, I absolutely look forward to Gaby's Spicy Xanax class on Saturdays. ❤️ This studio has an amazing group of down to earth instructors and if you have the opportunity to come check it out, I highly recommend it. All the classes are heated, so be prepared.“
6:30AM - 9PM
736 6th St, Miami Beach“Phenomenal space instructors and pace. Come here for flow every time I’m in the city. Jessica Coyne is a saint??“
“This is the best studio I’ve ever had the privilege of going to. Every instructor has their own unique way of connecting to you. This is more than a yoga studio. If you want to become stronger mentally, physically, to connect to your true self this is the place. I promise you won’t regret giving this studio a chance.“
7:30AM - 7PM
712 W 51st St, Miami Beach“Perfect traditional pilates studio on the beach! Each instructor is highly educated and knowledgeable in pilates. Alicia is my favorite . Skip the trendy studios and come here for a safe and authentic pilates class.“
8:30AM - 1PM
43 NE 38th St, Miami“Space: 5 starVariety: 5 starClasses/Teachers: 2-5 star, depending on teacherWas a member here for over a year and overall, Ahana does an excellent job of having classes nearly 24/7 with options for everyone. That being said: if you don't know what you're in for, you can be disappointed or annoyed. Most of the classes are what I'd call Miami yoga -- teachers yelling "happy baby, happy husband" while cueing booty shakes in poses (especially weekend classes). Fun if that's what you're going for, but if you're expecting a spiritual and conscious breathing flow with a focus on proper alignment and to feel a sense of grounded connection of mind and body (the meaning and purpose of 'yoga' when translated), go for the classes taught by Debbie, Jessica, Caro, or Vanessa. For the beginners: Ahana isn't a particularly beginner-friendly studio; flows are fast in most classes and there's little attention to proper alignment. Gentle yoga is a class to start with if you're new to yoga. There is also zero respect by staff/front desk and classes outgoing when the other classes are incoming. It is one large open space, and you'll have people sticking around after class talking while a new class is starting. Disappointing because the people speaking are usually the actual staff who should know better (not class lingerers)Don't go to weekend classes if you enjoy breathing space, you'll be packed into a room like sardines. Arrive early if you want a good spot.Temperature: I like that it's not heated, but it's not cold (there are heaters in the front if you want very hot)“
