Amazing studio with professional and kind instructors - clean, peaceful, welcoming instructors and staff . This studio is a GEM in the center of Coconut Grove with many options of classes. Love it and discovered great yoga classes there . Highly recommend it for sure !

I arrived in the grove 10 weeks ago for wintering away from NJ. I took Omi and Cassie’s classes every Wednesday & Sunday eve for the entire stay. I have practiced yoga for 30+ years. These 2 teachers were absolutely a gift for me. A beautiful yoga studio - from always greeted with warmth at the front desk and then receiving the gift of yoga from these 2 amazing teachersThank you ??. Highly. RecommendJoan

Clean, Friendly studio. I practice here when I’m in town. This week I took 2 of Nick’s power classes & enjoyed them very much. They were challenging which was what I needed. Good cuing. Enjoyed the music as well.Thank you!Stefanie
