The yoga classes with Souren Mousavi are the best, the constancy in breathing and the control of the mind to maintain the postures not only help me in training, it also helps me to execute the same mental self-control in everyday life. 100% recommended.

I had my first experience at TruFusion with Raul’s boxing class today, and boyyyyy, that was sooo hard and good at the same time. The music was perfect, the vibe too. The staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a good workout/boxing, this guy is IT. Raul had me feeling like a bodybuilder after training. I was so swole. This class was awesome! I am going to be super sore tomorrow! ?

TruFusion is honestly the best gym I've ever joined. It's so good, I signed up 2 additional family members. They run great specials for new members at a discounted rate, but most us join after 2 weeks. The gym is spotless and cleaned after every class, the teachers are 5 stars, the staff is fantastic, and if you forget to bring a personal item (spin shoes, towel, yoga mat) they have those items there. Also, they have free parking for 2 hours. You can't beat it.
