What may I say about this spot I feel right at home, love the instructors specially , Leonora, Patricia, Angela, Katherine and of course our favorite llian we love it here, I started what I'll say maybe a month ago and my wife has been longer but it's a great way to exercise the body and feeling great while doing it. I used to have some lower back issues and after putting my body threw all the sequence and range of movements it felt hard but it's a matter of getting use to it and those back issues are an afterthought now.
