While here he was very polite and and explained everything he had completed during the maintenance. He also took pictures of before and after. “We have used Brighter Home Services - who has taken over residential services from B&B - on several occasions in our home, now both for a water heater issue and an air conditioning issue.

On the water heater, they were able to get us hot water by fixing the element, instead of changing out the whole heater. I was expecting to have to replace the whole tank, so this was a very welcomed development!

More recently, our air conditioning system stopped working. The technician Drew was able to diagnose the issue, and by replacing the starter, sure enough the A/C system started up and our home was cooling again.

“Rick came in and checked my AC unit and compressor. He had to suck and blow out the drain line. He told me the drain line was rusted and the unit upstairs was also rusting. Coils on back of compressor outside were deteriorating…Rick suggested getting new… these were the 2009 model. He did not charge me for the maintenance today and the new Trane unit and compressor will be installed next Friday. I also bought a leaf protector to prevent the leaves from going into the compressor. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I may be getting the 10 year warranty - just thinking about it right now.“

“I could go on and on about this business from Diane in the office to Jimmy to the rest of the crew. They make you feel like family AC went down Friday came out Monday and found out capicator and wires were pretty much shot since they've been there since Christ walked over the skyway bridge. All kidding aside they went in condo and found wasn't my AC that was the problem it was the very outdated electrical panel. Even sparked on Jimmy as checked things out.
