Jim and team are honest, transparent, and genuinely good people. I’ve used Orion to install a mini split and repair my central AC a few times. Each time has been a fantastic experience and they truly care about fixing the issue and aren’t there to nickel and dime you. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

They provided quick and efficient professional service and provided great tips helping us save money on our energy bill. Since I work from home and in meetings at the time of their arrival, they were kind enough to inform me of things got noisy. Thank you!

My A/C quit working one evening, so I called Orion the next morning and the owner Jim came out that afternoon and checked my system out. But better than that, I had realized that the air handler blower was not working, so they had gone to the supplier and picked up both a new blower and control board because those were the 2 most likely culprits. When Jim came out, he did testing and the motor had burned out, so he already had the part and could fix it right away. (He returned the control board so I did not have to pay for that).
