“I had an emergency with my icemaker continuing to make ice, even after lifting the bar that is supposed to shut off the ice. I called around and was amazed to find SAR! They answered the phone with a lovely and real person, sent a tech out THE SAME DAY, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes and even showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, kind and helpful. And, since the work was completed quickly, my only charge was the service call, which was more than reasonable. Thanks, people of SAR!”
Prime Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc.
“We had a new (2 years old) heat pump and AC system that Edwin removed so we could put into the garage and installed a traditional gas furnace and AC. He as very professional and they clean up after themselves. The system we purchased had a great warranty. We highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!”
