“You can’t get more honest than these folks are. If they can repair your vacuum, they will, and for a very reasonable price. If they can’t, and the repair is not worth the vacuum, they will most certainly tell you. Also, if it’s a maintenance thing that you can easily do yourself, they will tell you how to do it, so you can save a few bucks.
I bought a vacuum from them some 16 years ago. They have done a few very minor maintenance repairs over the years. It has finally given up, so I will be visiting them again to purchase another reliable vacuum.“
