Excellent customer service, Song was very knowledgeable in his field, he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and was also respectful in the way he communicated with me, 7 out of 5 stars for me, definitely would recommend Song & tang for heating & cooling.

Great family business - had them install an entirely new AC unit and ductwork for me and they did an exceptional job. They were very courteous while I worked from home during the process. They explained anything important before, during, and after the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy, skilled, and reliable HVAC work. Thank you guys so much!!!
