Charlie came to do some plumbing work for us today and was incredibly pleasant, very knowledgeable and super helpful. He was one of the nicest contractors I have dealt with in a very long time. I had a very positive experience. He is an asset to Climate Design. We are also having a major HVAC project done through them and will update upon completion.
Jesse did my annual HVAC maintenance this morning and he is AMAZING! He was on time, thorough, professional, and he explained things well answering all of my questions (I’m a retired journalist). Two of the add-on items I had included with the original install of my heat pump — one is pricey — had reached their end-of-life and he replaced both. Climate Design and their pro techs are the best; Jesse is outstanding and deserves a raise!!
I own an expensive Trane system that i have had an issue with for some time now. Other companies have looked at it and said i needed expensive repairs but not this company. All it was a little plastic connector that was broken and not fully connected. Others have spent 2 days at my house trying to fix this. Less than 2 hours last night the problem resolved. I highly recommend climate design and Cole Jacobs. Thank you very much
