I’ve used Climate Design for years and just had my annual AC maintenance done today. Once again, I was very pleased with the service Climate Design provides. Jacob was the technician and he was punctual, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He suggested some additional work and explained in detail why it would need to be done to keep my older system running smoothly. Jacob was just one of those genuinely nice, helpful people you feel comfortable helping you in your home. He answered my questions and cleaned up when he was finished. I will continue to use Climate Design for my AC work and would be happy to have Jacob service my unit in the future.
We had the best experience with Climate Design today! Our AC went out last night and came home to a warm house. Tom came out Saturday morning and took care of the issues. Great communication with Rachel (office) and Tom was excellent. It's going to be a much better Saturday with AC. Cheers!
Climate Design is always courteous and friendly. Angelica went above and beyond to search for a part for my air conditioner. It would have been over a month to get the part and she located one and had it shipped so I was only without air for a little bit. She is amazing!
