I am so pleased with the service and support these people give. Stas explained my options, made recommendations, answered my questions and helped me understand what the problem was with my dishwasher. He did the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself. What more can you ask for? Thanks!

The appointment was easy to set. The technician communicated with me about his arrival time and he was very knowledgeable about our units and was able to diagnose both systems and had the parts ordered quickly. Parts should be here in a few days and he will return to install the parts. Thus far I am very pleased. If something changes after install I will update my review. I also thought the service fee and total repair prices were fair and look forward to both our refrigerators working correctly after the repairs are made.
