Scheduled A/C tuneup /cleaning, first time with Carr (from the Duke approved list), very pleased with their service. Tech Chris goes above and beyond, extremely thorough, 2 hours + inspection with full report, took time to walk me through everything and answer my questions including many DIY tips, highly recommend one of their maintenance packages…money well spent.

My experience with Carr went very well. I needed a new system installed. I stopped by and met Kevin (the owner) to discuss. Chris came out within days to survey the situation, and offered his honest opinion, but there was never any pressure from Chris or Kevin. Within days I received an estimate from Kevin on several units. The estimate fell in line with the others I was considering. It wasn't quite the lowest (it was close) but I had a real comfort level with both Kevin and Chris. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received!They serviced my A/C, made sure everything was in working order, and gave suggestions on how to maintain.In addition, they came to advise on my bathroom exhaust fan, and while they couldn't physically replace the entire unit, they researched till they found a motor replacement to fit into the housing... Couldn't have been more pleased.
