They were professional from start to finish. The weekend answering service was very understanding. The office got in touch with me early and set up an appointment for the same day. Doug, out Technician, was great. Honest, analytical, and straight forward with me. Unfortunately, the problem went away before he arrived! He did everything he could to triage the issue and when unable to continue gave me good guidance on what to do to prevent the issue, and what to do if it returns. I will stay with D & W. Thank you!

The guys who came out to check my AC, provide a quote and do the install were all awesome. They handled everything, including cleanup. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I’m very satisfied with their work.
