Service was thorough and serviceman Tori was on time and he answered all my questions. The rate for the service was reasonable.
My initial contact with the company (James) was knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences between replacement AC units offered. He seemed very interested in doing the highest quality job possible, and discussed a lot of details that I would not have thought of. The installers (Zach and Bobby) were also quality-conscious and communicated with me very well. The install had a few problems to overcome, but they solved them quickly and easily. I really felt these guys knew what they were doing and I would definitely recommend Mason Electric again.
