Unfortunately, in traveling thought I had lost my beautiful glasses and then severe health issues and the mundane complications in our life's journey took hold. Due to the cold weather in our area of Florida went to wear a heavy vest and in reaching in the pocket could not believe in finding my glasses! Days later brought these glasses back to Ron who we have not seen since 2021 actually remembered me and the glasses! In speaking with Ron, he took the glasses fixed the frames, tightening and cleaned them and would not charge us anything. What OUTSTANDING service! Updated Nov. 2025 to add: my whole family has now been to this location dozens of times. Victoria still works at this location and even though my son has a very high prescription, somehow she always manages to find the perfect frames for him. We also adore Dr. Chai, she takes her time and listens and make sure that she gets your prescription right. The two of them are the reason that we have remained customers of this exact location for so many years“
