From my initial call to book an appointment to walking out of my first visit today, it was wonderful. Everyone there was so friendly, kind, and helpful! It is small but it feels like a first class experience. There is only one wall of glasses for selection but I think it was just enough, too many to choose from can feel overwhelming. I feel badly that I didn't catch the woman's name who helped me with my glasses selection, but she was so very patient with me and talked me through many options that I was unsure of. And Dr. Lefkowitz was fantastic, letting me know everything that was happening step by step. I feel like I found a hidden gem here, although I might be the last to know about it.
