“I rarely leave reviews but when I do, it's for hidden, local gems. This is one of those places. I came by with some glasses I need adjusted that I didn't buy from them and they were still more than happy to not only help out, but also changed my nose pads free of charge. They genuinely care about their customers and are a fresh breath of air from all of the other businesses that focus solely on making money. They then offered to adjust my other glasses (which I didn't even know were crooked)!! I will be giving this place my future business here. No better local business to get eyecare done at.“

“Very nice little place hidden Inside of the thronebrook shopping center. The Dr. And his assistant are very nice and friendly. They do accept some Medicade insurance for children, which was who the appointments were for this day. Fast appointment times . very quiet and clean. Not crowded, the Dr left the exam door open so both my kiddo were comfortable and felt safe. It was a pleasant experience.“

“This is my 2nd visit to Dr Brad Bangstadt for an eye exam, and I've NEVER had a more thorough eye exam! Dr Bangstadt is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. He made certain that I got the most accurate eyeglass prescription. I also worked with a woman who helped me with frame selection who was ALSO terrific! (I hate that I can't remember her name!). I usually dread choosing frames for myself. It takes me entirely too long to find some that I like. But this wonderful lady asked me a few questions, looked at my coloring, face, and hair and pulled out 3 frames that were all direct hits! (Mic drop). She told me that picking out frames for people was her favorite part of the job. Gainesville is truly fortunate to have Gainesville Opticians and their wonderful staff!!“

“Got PRK here about 3 years ago to correct a light prescription near sightedness. So far has been great, still 20/20 vision. Have a few eye floaters but eye doc said those come with age. So, if you are on the fence about doing it like I was, I would recommend Dr. Sweeney. He did a great job. Cheers“
“I had a great experience here today, and highly recommend this professional team! My appointment was set for 10:00am, and I was walked back to the examination room around 9:55am for some initial prep work with the technician. Dr. Starling was efficient and professional, and I was out of there by 10:20am. By the time I reached the front desk to pay, my prescription had already been received by my pharmacy. This office is clean, organized, friendly, and (most importantly) competent.“

I gave my new glasses a good 3-4 weeks try before I consulted with her. She gave me some options and recommendations which has made my glasses perfect.. The bifocal line is in the perfect position and doesn’t interfere with my farsightedness. She ordered them and everyone in the office including LACI and EMMA did everything possible to ensure they arrived before I flew out to the west coast.
