Citrus Vision Optical
“I truly cannot say enough good things about Citrus Vision in Inverness. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone treated us with a level of kindness, patience, and helpfulness that went far beyond what we expected.
My husband is an over-the-road truck driver and needed new glasses very quickly before leaving Florida for work. We explained our situation, and they immediately did everything they could to help us find a solution. Because his current prescription was still working well for him, they were able to evaluate his existing lenses rather than requiring us to start the entire process over unnecessarily.
They also helped us arrange a payment plan through Cherry, which made the cost of his progressive lenses much more manageable.
What meant the most to us, however, was what happened next. They were able to make his glasses the very same day so he would have them before leaving for his job. I want to be very clear that this is not their normal turnaround time—we were told glasses typically take several days—but they went out of their way to help us because of our circumstances.
We walked in feeling stressed and unsure whether we were going to find a solution at all, and we walked out incredibly grateful.
Citrus Vision truly exceeded our expectations. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help made an enormous difference for us. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves the highest rating I can give.
Thank you to everyone at Citrus Vision for taking such wonderful care of us.”
