Dr. Muse was very professional, and did a thorough exam of my eyes. He answered any and all questions I had about the results. I'm glad to have him at an office very convenient to where I live.
The first thing I noticed was the waiting room. It was beautiful. All silver snd pale blue
The personal were all smiling and happy. The office was not so large you got lost. Most importantly it was spotlessly clean.
Loved my visit! Much more efficient and personal visit than your other facilities. I was seriously considering going elsewhere, but decided to try your Summerfield office for one last visit. My appointment was at 10:35 and I was out by 11:15. I’ve been coming to Dr Jank for probably 15/20 years and have gotten very disappointed in the overbooking, half a day visits and automated services. Makes me VERY HAPPY to find your Summerfield office and the very friendly staff who helped. You really should rethink your current approach to office management. Miss Dr. Jank ☹️
