The longest wait is to purchase the glasses because for what ever reason, people sit on their butts and don't chose their frames until they get with the tech. If people were better prepared and considerate of the staff's time and other customers, it would move a bit quicker. So it's not a reflection of the business but of the ignorance of the customers. We sat down with Muscular Joe. Awesome guy. Very helpful. Very professional. Helped us maximize our benefits and budget.“
