Florida Eye Specialist Institute was founded by professor Latif Hamed MD in 1997. Dr. Hamed is an amazing doctor that spent an hour with me to diagnose my eye problem. In one visit he explained what was occurring with my eyes. He recommended eyedrops that immediately helped my dry eyes syndrome.
