The Villages Eye Institute provides a pleasant and efficient experience for patients. The friendly and helpful staff, including the receptionist and the doctor, ensure clear communication and address patients' needs, especially for the elderly. The office has a nice selection of frames, and the overall experience is described as very good.
I am a 65-year-old veteran disabled I have crippling rheumatoid arthritis It just so happens on a day of my surgery I was in a total flare up! I'm 6'4 320 my wife is 411 about 120 and thank God for her It's all I can do to get around she is my hero we've been married 43 years parrot did my surgery my insurance company had messed me around for two years if you can believe it but I finally got in there and I was all but completely blind these are the most warm kind and professional people I have ever seen in my entire life They put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me to seven different stations measuring examining doing an ultrasound on my eye if it hadn't been for them moving...read full review
Staff is helpful and willing to share knowledge where patient is concerned which helps patient to feel relaxed
I really like the office staff and Dr Ramsey is so caring and professional.
