I have been with this optometrist for approx. 40 years and Dr Lentsch is the third optometrist that I have had. He is an extremely through and friendly doctor and is keeping the practice up to date. All of the people that work at this office are professional and friendly, with a shout out to Hugh. My dog has gotten a hold of my glasses numerous times and I have brought them into Hugh for repair and he has repaired them every time for no charge and with a smile. I really appreciate that.

The office staff took me in as if I were a long time customer/ friend ! I was a self employed paving contractor in west Michigan all my life . I paved the parking lot for a contractor of an optician .After meeting the owner I became a lifelong customer ! Starting as a type of person who believes in small business & bartering . Several years later I put an addition on his parking lot , & continued to use the wonderful staff.Now I'm retired & living in Florida & tried a chain eyeglass store . Very very disappointed in my choice , I found Lentsch !!! Hugh not only fixed my 25yr old pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses ! Which no one else would touch , he replaced N/C the nose piece...read full review
