Always a pleasure everytime my family and I go for our appointments. The staff is always smiling and willing to help or answer questions. The doctor is always upfront and let's you know exactly what is going on and will take time to answer any and all questions. The selection of eye wear is the biggest i have seen. I always find what I am looking for and if not it can be ordered. They take pride in making sure you are happy. Wish more places were like this. I look forward to my appointments every year. When it's 20 minutes before they officially open, and they let you come in so you can get your glasses adjusted. That's customer service. When traci that's worked there over 25 years greet you by your name and knows who you are. That's exceptional customer service. Thank you, for being my family's eye doctor.
