Well organized. The eye exam goes quickly. The longest wait is to purchase the glasses because for what ever reason, people sit on their butts and don't chose their frames until they get with the tech. If people were better prepared and considerate of the staff's time and other customers, it would move a bit quicker. So it's not a reflection of the business but of the ignorance of the customers. We sat down with Muscular Joe. Awesome guy. Very helpful. Very professional. Helped us maximize our benefits and budget.

We have been using optical outlets as our vision specialist and to get glasses for years. You will get the best customer service. The doctors are patient. The team that helps you pick out your glasses, adjust your glasses and help you from the beginning until the end are incredible. Shout out to the most wonderful manager. Mary.!!
