Clear View Optix is the ultimate example of professionalism and expertise in eye care/ eye ware. Purchased eyeglasses from Ron in 2021 and enjoyed the unique frames always receiving high compliments. Unfortunately, in traveling thought I had lost my beautiful glasses and then severe health issues and the mundane complications in our life's journey took hold. Due to the cold weather in our area of Florida went to wear a heavy vest and in reaching in the pocket could not believe in finding my glasses! Days later brought these glasses back to Ron who we have not seen since 2021 actually remembered me and the glasses! In speaking with Ron, he took the glasses fixed the frames, tightening and cleaned them and would not charge us anything. What OUTSTANDING service! Ron is a consummate professional knowing and remembering his clients, as well as his eye ware. Ron's business model of customer service and treating his clients like family gave us such a feeling of warmth and camaraderie. Ron you are THE BEST! Thank you so very much.
What a pleasure it was to experience this place! I found Clear View Optix through the Avulux website, and I’m so glad I did. Ron went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, was extremely knowledgeable, and so very compassionate. The turnaround time from my appointment to glasses delivery was also incredibly fast! As someone who has had chronic migraine for almost a decade now, these lenses are 1000% worth their cost and more. Overall, what a wonderful experience and I would do it again ten times over.
