We’ve worked with Mr. Rooter previously and have always had extraordinary professionals who were amazing at their craft. This time we had the opportunity to engage with Liz Hanby. She called in advance and was courteous, professional, friendly, respectful, and masterful at completing the tasks we needed addressed. We did not love the estimate we received for what we needed done(outdoor sink repair) but we agreed, in part because of previously working with the company and the 3 year warranty on the work.
