Justin Sharp and Dontae were awesome! My main line had to be replaced right after purchasing my new home and they made the experience seamless. They answered any questions I had and even scheduled time to come back out and flatten out my yard to get it back to normal after the excavation. They made my new homeowner nightmare way easier to come out of because of their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!!
Mr. Rooter Plumbing performed requisite relocating and replacement of water main interior shut off the day before I had my hot water heater replaced (previously scheduled. [The builder located the original shut off valve flush against the closet door frame rendering the valve knob impossible to move.]) Mr. Rooter Plumbing team, Elizabeth (scheduler) and John and Liz (plumbers) were superb, personable and skilled. Darryl Bonds was a fantastic technician he came out and fixed my issue fast and efficient and was a pleasure to talk to a very down to earth man. I would give more than 5 stars if I was able. Would recommend Darryl from Mr.Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber
