The AC damper was supposed to be covered by warranty; & I was ok with a $300 - $350 total bill for services; however the cost was $630+, which included a $100+ service fee. The total cost of services was REDICULOUS. Plus the final invoice did NOT include the hourly rate. Will did a GREAT job & was at my home about 40 minutes; but I hardly think it was a $630+ job. Where's the warranty?
Yesterday, Jake from Sobieski came to my home to perform my annual plumbing maintenance check. He did a great job! Helped me find filters that i was having difficulty finding and thoroughly answered all my questions. I truly appreciated his taking the time to do a great job and provide several options for me to think about due to a manufacturer making changes and increasing prices. Thanks as always.
