“I started attending Amie’s Pilates class about a year ago, shortly after moving to Southbury and during a difficult time in my life. It has since become an anchor point and a safe space for me. I look forward to each class and always leave feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and at ease. The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with no pressure to “be” a certain way. You’re encouraged to come as you are and modify exercises based on how you feel that day.<br><br>Amie is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job incorporating challenging and repetitive movements without them ever feeling monotonous. Her classes strike the perfect balance—I leave feeling tired, but always excited to come back for the next session. I’ve also noticed real improvements in my strength, agility, and flexibility. I feel very grateful to have found this special place and hope to be part of it for many years to come.”

You feel an instant sense of peace and comfort the second you walk in the door. The yoga room is my weekly oasis! I highly recommend trying out a class, it’ll keep you coming back for more.”
