My car was a mess. I hadn't had it detailed in years. I made an appointment with Erin and he was very friendly and welcoming. He presented an the prices of their services and what was entailed with no hidden charges. He even told me about upcharges if more needed to be done than the service provided which was fine. I always appreciate transparency in business. I didn't take any before pictures but my seats and floors looked like it was fresh off the factory floor. 3 days later and I can still smell the cleanliness in my car. 5 star professional work done. I'm looking forward to when I need another detailing done. Some people might complain about the price but I think it's fair, especially with the amount of detail that put into making sure you're car looks and smells brand new!

Wow! Where else can you get a hair cut where you are taken at your exact appointment time and given a professional haircut. Ally at Supercuts in Watertown is a gem. From the first day she cut my hair she followed the pattern of my hair to a perfect cut. I am in and out in less than 15 minutes! And my hair is beautiful. No drama, just pure professionalism.

I've been coming here for 2 years. I've noticed they have a lot of repeat clients, and have the same staff which to me says it's a good business model. Great service, and my nails always look perfect and last awhile. Staff is friendly, and I make sure to book an appointment as it does become busy there, especially if you have a preference of who to work with. This place is family friendly, which is also a plus and they do kids nails too, so if you do have an issue with kids you should go else where. I highly recommend this place if you want quality nails. I get powdered nails on my natural nail or sometimes acrylics if my nails aren't long enough. I also get the gel pedicure and ginsing spa. The massage on the legs with hot stones is a nice touch. The bad reviews on this business is sad to see since that has not been an experience of mine of the two years of coming here weekly. These people really do a good job, and it seems the people writing those comments are inexperienced when it comes to what to expect at a nail salon and the type of services they offer here. I love coming to AK Nails and this is the first nail salon I have consistently committed too. I used to get my nails done in NYC and this salon does a better job.
This is the best place in town! Jen, Joyce, the whole crew is so kind and talented. Their attention to detail and pricing is the best around. They are very accommodating for any request. They take an interest in their clients and care about our families. I’ve seen it for myself and from the other customers. They have created a community within the customers too where we all chat during appointments.
Have only been here twice so far but both times have been great! Gel manicure stayed on for a month with minimal chips and they go above and beyond to make it a great experience.

I highly recommend Dan! Called him yesterday evening about some sink drain issues. He showed up the next morning on time, very professional and personable. Didn't try to upsell me on work that I didn't need. Cleared out the drains quickly. His pricing is very affordable and more than competitive. He is also very dog friendly and ended up playing with my dog for a bit. Call dan for any drainage issues.

The office staff was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Ira Stone was extremely pleasant, patient and didn’t make me feel I was over worrying. He paid attention to me, keeping eye contact and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was taking too much of his time. Highly recommend!
