Dance Mom here from Massachusetts. We had the pleasure of competing at Diva nationals in Plymouth along side this studio last week and what a pleasure it was!! By far the best team I have ever witnessed. Yes they are certainly extremely talented dancers but also fun, kind, and friendly. It was obvious who they learned that from because the parents and teachers were outstanding human beings!! Let’s just say I know we have a home at Heart and Sole if we ever move to CT 💜 By the way, the sportsmanship award you all received was very well deserved!!

My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3 and has loved every class. The teachers, assistant teachers, and even the older girls and boys are all welcoming and make you feel like part of a family and not just a dance studio.
The studio listens to parent input so it's not the same fundraisers over and over. Last year, we even had an adult hip hop class!

Love this studio!!! Every coach and staff member treat you like family! Recitals are the best ones out of any CT dance school. The competition team is extremely talented and hard working! So many options for classes too- from little little kids to adults/moms 😀
So much fun to be part Heart and Sole 💚
