“If you’re looking for a location to do Hot Yoga this is the place. I’ve been to several studios and this is definitely the cleanest and friendliest place I’ve been. They have a variety of classes and times which you could easily schedule on the app. I do wish they offered a 5am, but if you can’t make a morning class they have several in the evening. They offer multiple challenges through out the months to keep you motivated on your Yogi Journey. I’ve pretty much had a class with every instructor and I have to say they each offer their own unique ways of teaching. However every instructor is so kind/respectable towards your practice and how you choose to move during class.
They offer loaner pads, blocks, cleaning supplies and anything you can think of for your yoga experience. Pam the owner is amazing and I felt extremely welcomed by her since day one. So welcomed that I almost have my entire family signed up to Manipura haha. Finally they are constantly adding classes and sending out emails to promote new types of classes, which I love! Recently they added a Partners Yoga class (covered by your membership), obviously done with a significant other or partner. I went with my wife and we loved the class! Now we are super excited for our Friday hot yoga date nights haha so whether you’re trying it alone or with a partner I highly recommend this studio !
