“Excellent exercise. Classes are always different so it’s not boring. Teachers are very knowledgeable are able to adjust to your person ability. I joined at age 63 after never liking any kind of exercise and I still like going after 1 1/2 years and 249 classes. I am much stronger and flexible. Highly recommend.”

This classical Pilates studio features highly personalized, small group classes (both in person and by video) which are all taught by incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned instructors who feel more like family. The studio has continued to challenge me while keeping me injury free & out of PT/chiropractor!
