Mila was amazing from start to finish! I purchased my wedding dress from The Persnickety Bride. Mila has such amazing attention to detail and made me feel comfortable each fitting. She has a consultation when you bring your wedding dress the first time and tells you what needs to be done. She has a great personality and takes the time to work with you! Ramon, Junior, and Nigel did a great job on both cutting and trimming. They did an excellent job on cleaning up, and we appreciate their professional service. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at Fresh Hair Studio in Milford, CT. As soon as you walk in, you can immediately feel how it's such a comfortable, clean, relaxing and professional place and it was also surrounded by many beautiful calming plants :) Stylist, Debbie, took care of me and was very professional and friendly and took the time to discuss what I wanted and gave me an amazing haircut as well as an amazing scalp massage. Also, the AVEDA products that they use are amazing & smell amazing! The best haircut experience ever! Definitely will be returning! Thank you! ?

When I got there she was very honest with me about my hair (it was a lot of color going on already in it) so she gave me her professional advice that I took and it was the best decision I made. I have been a customer for over 20 years since they were in the Ct. mall. I had been searching for a long time before that and had been disappointed every place I went. Finding them in the mall was pure coincidence and luck.
From the very first visit, I knew I was going to keep coming back. They are incredible. They make you feel at home while maintaining their professionalism. Everyone there is so talented, friendly and helpful. Their work is exceptional and consistent no matter how many times I go back. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I won't be taking my toddler anywhere else to get his hair cut. Josh cut my son's hair (he is almost 2), and he was so patient and engaging with him. He showed him each device he was going to use and let my son get familiar with it so he wouldn't be afraid. He gave him fruit snacks and a toy to play with to keep him distracted. His hair looks so much better than it did when I was taking him to another local place. Highly, highly recommend!

Rocky's has been my go-to barbershop for the last year that I've lived in Milford. Their very friendly staff and exceptional service has been consistent throughout all my visits. They give a killer male haircut that I've sported at special events or during your average week. The majority of their business appears to be adult males but I've seen plenty of young children enjoying a haircut at Rocky's. I would recommend!

The only thing I wish they did is soak my hands in warm water before doing my cuticles. I feel like they come out better when they’re soaked but I have not found a nail salon in the area that does that. (Just moved here last summer)
My toes haven't felt this loved since I was a new born! Best pedi I've had in years (my feet have lots of hard spots from work, life, kids, gardening, etc… they need tough love). Becky and Max are AWESOME! I have been seeing them regularly since December and I will never go back to another salon. They don't use drills, which usually damages my nails, and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend making an appointment, they book quick because it's just the two of them working. Friendly service and even better nails!

Lisa is the best! I found this place when I first moved to Milford back in September and I was prepared to have to trial and error many nail salons before finding a favorite. I never had to give another one a try because I have had nothing but great experiences everytime I come here. My gel manicure stays on for 3 weeks without chipping which is wonderful and they always fit me in even without an appointment. Definitely recommend nail garden! Only thing is that I wish I got a free back massage everytime.

I've had lashes done before, but this has been the best experience by far. Dominique had a cute, clean space, was on time and professional from the get-go. She took her time and while actually having her do my lashes, it was comfortable without any irritation. She has a great personality and made me feel comfortable and the time go by so quickly. She also gave me the option to book my next fill with her before I left. My lashes look natural and after only having them a couple days, I have received so many compliments on them and have not have any issues so far. we are being relocated to Florida and had to get our house painted expeditiously. Patrick was beyond wonderful. He came out within a 2 hour window of our conversation. Quoted the job on site and was ready to roll two days later. His crew is efficient and clean. Everyday the work spaces were clean and put together. The price was more than fair (if not an actual steal) for the amount of detailed work that was done in the time it was done in. Patrick oversaw every step of the way and did a completely walk through at the completion. He found a few flaws we didn't even catch! He had his crew return same day and make the corrections. We worked with Faros Design to design and build an addition onto our preschool center. This project presented unique challenges as the existing building was built in the mid-1800s and the construction would take place while the center still operated. They would also need to meet rigorous state and local standards for childcare facilities.The Faros team fully understood the task at hand and took great care to make sure at no time did they disrupt the operation and more importantly the children! They delivered on all fronts and left us with a beautiful new classroom for the children. If they can add a wing to our building without disrupting our center’s nap time than they can handle anything. Bills constant communication via text email or cell eliminated confusion and errors. His build quality is top notch, I can go on more. I highly recommend Homestead Constuction. Our experience with John was outstanding! We hired him first to do a gut remodel of our bathroom and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. When he came to do our estimate, he took the time to talk through the project with us, take measurements and make notes. His written quote was thorough and professional. He showed up when he said he would, worked hard all day and cleaned up the space every night before he left. When we encountered problem areas, he explained all our options and was honest when we asked "what's the right way to do it?" Communication throughout the project was outstanding.When the bathroom was finished, we asked him back to take care of replacing all the interior room and closet doors in the house. No small feat in this house. The doors were all different sizes, hinges were not uniform in size etc. John took the time to measure and make sure everything was ordered and installed properly. We have several other projects we will need to do in this house over the next couple of years and we are looking forward to having John back to do them for us.
Scott was a pleasure to work with. He sorted out our bat problem and was super knowledgeable about all possible animal issues at our home. We would highly recommend him!

We finished a project with Mike Arata a few months ago fixing major drainage issues and reseeding a large part of our back yard after a home construction project. He is to the point and gives it to you straight. I really appreciate that. Their work is great and fixed all our issues…and our grass came up so fast and even now, in January, is so green and looks better than all our other grass! Haha! We are so pleased. I would definitely use them again. And when a question came up more recently, I called Mike and he immediately called me back to answer my questions completely. 5-stars all around.

Over 50 trees removed some of which were very difficult to access. Bogan's Tree Service completed the job in an extremely professional manner and at a very fair price when compared to other quotes for the same work. Would definitely recommend Bogan's to others.
Came exactly when he said he would. Did a great job. Cleaned up the area and even took care of some roots from an old tree. If I had any more trees coming down I would use him in a second.
I contacted Ron's tree service to have a tree cut down, I received a quote the same day. Within a few days the tree was cut, stump grinded and the cleanup was meticulous! Dave was very professional, quick and reasonably priced - I will be using for future tree work
The owner of NortheastHorticultural gave us a reasonable price quote and we agreed to get the works done. On the day we schedule the work, three guys came to the my house . Ramon, Junior, and Nigel did a great job on both cutting and trimming. They did an excellent job on cleaning up, and we appreciate their professional service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful pediatric dentistry practice all around! The facility, the receptionists, dental hygienists and the dentists. The entire visit is always wonderful. We never wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes, not that my kids even mind being in the waiting room since it’s wonderfully designed to be engaging and entertains for kids. The entire staff is very professional, very thorough and knows how to handle any situations!

Yaritza is a queen, Claudia is the goat and Dr. Ortiz is an icon. I get nervous for literally no reason (lol why am I like this) but time and time again they make sure I'm okay before we start. She doesn't realize it, but when Dr. Ortiz asks Alexa to play P!nk (or anything for that matter) I know I’m about to be graced with her beautiful humming and it’s BEYOND calming. As much as I dread the inevitable panic attack, I look forward to seeing everyone and getting one step closer to loving my smile again. Couldn’t recommend this team more. ?

I have severe dentist phobia and Dr. Rauch could not have been kinder. He did everything possible to make me comfortable and to be gentle. I went to have my denture repaired and they did an excellent job. I swear, if Dr. Rauch had been my dentist when I was a child I would not be afraid of dentists. He's amazing!

My spouse and I went for our first visit to see Dr. Edirisinghe, DMD and it was a wonderful experience! The front desk has Heather, who is amiable and helped us schedule our appointments a few months ago. She definitely gave hs a welcoming feeling to their practice! When we checked in, Cindy had us go in one by one, introduced herself and asked me general questions about my teeth. She then introduced me to Dr. Edirisinghe, DMD and she was so knowledgeable and thorough with recommendations, explanations and gave a very well detailed exam. It has been a while since I had a dentist be so informative and show so much care about our teeth.After the exam, Cindy finished up with a final procedure, in which she was kind, patient and confident! We have our next appointment scheduled in six months and we both have follow up appointments as well. We felt so comfortable, welcomed and we are beyond satisfied with everyone's expertise!I am certainly recommending my folks and anyone else in my family who live in the area! Dr.Menta and his wife Jill really are great people. I came to Menta Chiropractic with severe sciatic pain. I had difficulty doing daily tasks and routine travel activities were difficult. I thought I would be able to stretch it out and use hot pads and pain meds to get me through my upcoming trips. After doing online research, I came across Menta Chiropractic and was able to get an appointment involving and analytic testing of my past behaviors and injuries. In 2021 I was very sick. I had exhausted all medical options with Yale medicine and they told me to accept this new way of life and I would have to live off their meds. I was in extreme pain and depressed. I went to see Dr Nancy from a friends recommendation who told me that she knew that proper nutrition would help. Within 3 to 4 months all my symptoms were gone and I had more energy than ever before. I didn’t know how much the food was hurting me. 1 and 1/2 years later I still go to see Dr Nancy. I even brought my mom of 79 years in. My mom lost 52lbs and is officially off all medications per her doctors orders as her health improved and she no longer needed them. The doctors who wanted to replace her hip even told us it was no longer necessary. I did not know food could heal us but it did. The NRT they do is unique to each person and extremely accurate. I could not be happier with Dr. Valentino and the staff at Pond Point Animal Hospital! Truly! Ruby is an excitable Australian Shepard, who, last time there was a terror, and I was worried. Well she was merely excited this time .... Dr. Valentino was wonderful and gave Ruby a great exam, and was very attentive to her behavior and engaged me during the exam keeping me attuned to what she was doing. I was very pleased. I think it takes a special talent and personality to be a "good" veterinarian.... Who treats not only our pets but us as well.... Dr. Valentino does this admirably well! I wish you oodles of success at Pond Point - I will happily refer anyone who asks for a vet.....

Dr Weill cared for my 2 year old sheepadoodle, Winnie, after she appeared to have a sudden choking, or airway problem at home. Dr Weill formulated a regimen of medications and diet for my dog , and followed her progress closely, with guidance along the way. I am so grateful for his expertise, meticulous treatment plan, and concern. Winnie is back to normal!
