I wish I could give a 10 for all the help and assistance Rap's provided for my hot water problem, The response time was amazing Matt W arrived within 20 minutes of my call to the office. After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem and discussing the different options Matt found the issue and reset the hot water tank relay unit. AMAZING!!!!! in less that 1 hour from phone call to the office my hot water tank was up and running!!!! Matt was so professional and helpful he took the time to explain about the unit, what to watch for ,how to prevent a future problem; suggested a sensor and if something happens how to shut off the water.
