I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Menta and his wife, Jill. I came in suffering terrible back pain. Dr. started by sending me for X-rays of my back. These were helpful in understanding where my issues were originating. 10 visits later, the back pain is gone and my quality of life is so much better. We continue to work regularly on my back, neck, shoulder and hip. I am less stiff, more flexible. I’m committed to continuing to maintain the gains I’ve made and hope to move to an exercise program soon. Jill manages the appointments and keeps the office moving. I’ve been going to Dr. Menta for a little over a month I was having very bad sciatic!!! he’s amazing!! not only did my sciatic go away I learned thing about my body that I didn’t know I had. I haven’t felt this good in a couple of years. His technique is amazing and when I tell you it works believe me it does!!! I walk better and feel fantastic!!! I would highly recommend Dr. menta!!! Thank you Dr. Menta I will be around for a long time to come!!!!

As an RN I was skeptical that a chiropractor could help me. I had fairly severe back and hip pain that was having an impact on how active I was. I went into the office with low expectations but I was blown away with how effective the therapy was. My pain is completely gone most days now. I’m more active and flexible now. Dr. Menta and Jill were fantastic. I always felt comfortable and welcomed there. They are both so friendly but also professional, I feel like I’m in good hands every time I walk in the door.
