“We worked with Faros Design to design and build an addition onto our preschool center. This project presented unique challenges as the existing building was built in the mid-1800s and the construction would take place while the center still operated. They would also need to meet rigorous state and local standards for childcare facilities.The Faros team fully understood the task at hand and took great care to make sure at no time did they disrupt the operation and more importantly the children! They delivered on all fronts and left us with a beautiful new classroom for the children. If they can add a wing to our building without disrupting our center’s nap time than they can handle anything. “We finished a project with Mike Arata a few months ago fixing major drainage issues and reseeding a large part of our back yard after a home construction project. He is to the point and gives it to you straight. I really appreciate that. Their work is great and fixed all our issues…and our grass came up so fast and even now, in January, is so green and looks better than all our other grass! Haha! We are so pleased. I would definitely use them again. And when a question came up more recently, I called Mike and he immediately called me back to answer my questions completely. 5-stars all around.“

I am very comfortable with renovation and have done quite a few projects on my home in the past . I quickly discovered I was in over my head. Bill and his crew were remodeling a home down the street and I stopped in for estimates and Immediately discovered this man knew his stuff..the project grew to building essentially a new house with full dormer, bath rooms, family room addition, new HVAC ect. Bill is incredibly organized and plans five steps ahead. There was not a day wasted. His crew is a fine tuned machine. “Our experience with John was outstanding! We hired him first to do a gut remodel of our bathroom and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. When he came to do our estimate, he took the time to talk through the project with us, take measurements and make notes. His written quote was thorough and professional. He showed up when he said he would, worked hard all day and cleaned up the space every night before he left. When we encountered problem areas, he explained all our options and was honest when we asked "what's the right way to do it?" Communication throughout the project was outstanding.When the bathroom was finished, we asked him back to take care of replacing all the interior room and closet doors in the house. No small feat in this house. The doors were all different sizes, hinges were not uniform in size etc. John took the time to measure and make sure everything was ordered and installed properly. We have several other projects we will need to do in this house over the next couple of years and we are looking forward to having John back to do them for us.“
