Ed came to my rescue and delivered oil quickly amidst a huge snow storm coming, on a Sunday!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I recently had a fence installed. The contractor thought it was a bright idea to install the fence right up against a secondary branch of a tree, and cut a small sliver out of it.
I knew this would be an issue, so I posted on fb asking for references for reputable tree removal companies. White Hills was mentioned numerous times, now I know why.
I sent a message on Facebook and within an hour, one of the owners, Joe, responded. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. I was going to wait for a quote from 2 other companies, but Joe was able to answer my questions and provide a certificate of insurance before the other companies even bothered responding.
The speedy responses, more than fair price, and their professionalism checked all my boxes, and I decided to hire White Hills without pursuing the other quotes.
White Hills came out 2 days later and had the job done in less than 20 minutes (including cleaning up). They are truly a well oiled machine.

Paul and his team were stellar in replacing our roof in 2024! Very skilled, efficient, and effective. The day they finished a thunderstorm hit and we were protected!! Secondly, just a few months ago, a gutter down spout came down and Paul acted quickly to get it back up even ordered a part we didn’t even know we needed! This was 2 years after he had roofed our home. He didn’t have to help us but he stepped right up anyway, without hestation. Didn’t refer us to someone else, just acted!! Very upstanding man as well as his team.
I have used CBS Contractors, Inc. in Ansonia, for over thirty years. They maintain AC systems for me in two homes and installed an original AC system complete with ductwork, in my home many years ago. This original system was recently replaced, after 28 years, of never going down once! There is a reason why I’ve only ever considered one vendor- the family-owned and operated company has the experience and amazing staff to truly know all about central air conditioning. Of course they support everything HVAC, but they have always been there for me with incredible AC support! This team of professionals has my highest recommendation and admiration for the experience, genuine care, concern, and comfort of their customers.

Needed engraving quickly for my cousin who passed away in Florida and family and friends travelling in for the services, so I really wanted the monument cleaned and engraved asap in time for the funeral services. Dan said he would do the best he could and he certainly did! Within 1 week (!) all was accomplished. And the stone and engraving look great. Highly recommend this company! 6 stars!

Absolutely wonderful service. We discovered a bee hive in our walls as they suddenly broke through and came in our house, and within an hour they were there taking care of the problem! The tech was professional and, since we have two young children, made sure he was extra thorough to get rid of any bees inside and out. The price was reasonable and includes a 90 day guarantee. I highly recommend Yale Pest Control for any extermination needs!!
