“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while — they replaced my water heater in October, and it’s a testament to their excellent service that I keep thinking I really need to get to this. I spoke with and/or had estimates done from five other companies in the area, and I got whiplash from the fee range and the different stories/recommendations I got. The amazing people at this company provided excellent, professional service, answered all of my questions patiently and provided logical explanations (harder to come by than I expected), and charged a very reasonable fee. Carole, Carl, and Brandon were a breeze to work with, and nothing felt like salespeople slime at any point. They were also very easy to communicate with and respectful of my time. “As a first time home owner, I am learning how to care for my home. I am learning the importance of maintenance, which I am good at but also how my home operates. Austin from Tri-City, is so helpful. Ask a question and get an answer. He even shows me how things work for future reference. I like the younger generation of workers because of patience. That's been my experience so far but even hearing him speak to someone with more experience, they trust him to make the best decision. He was so helpful and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, very respectful knowledgeable. 2 jobs in one (one was an emergency and the other was planned). And honestly it didn't cost alot. 2 jobs under $800. Sign up for the Lifetime Club and build a relationship with the people who take care of your home. As long as we live here, Tri City will be our go to for heating, cooling and maintenance.
