Can I just say, Kat has to be, the absolute best massage therapist I've ever had. I've had countless massages all over, and never truly left satisfied...UNTIL her. I left feeling so freed from all my stress, she really listened to where all my trouble spots were and I've been sleeping like a baby since. I will only see her going forward, and can't wait for our next appointment. Side note: she's also very kind. You can tell she cares about her craft as well as the person she's with, which says a lot. Thanks Kat!

I called the spa and left a message that I was in a lot of pain, the call was returned quickly and was able to get in same day. I saw Kat and she was phenomenal. Really went to work on all of my pain points. You can feel that she genuinely likes to heal. Truth be told I am very lucky with regard to how many massages I have received, usually for stress relief; and Kat is truly at the top. I went back 2 days later and she gave me another amazing massage. Between Kats massages and a chiropractic adjustment, I am much better. Looking forward to my appt next week. Highly recommend Unity and Kat.

This is the best massage therapy in town. Denise has magic hands and the spa itself is so relaxing and calm. Denise is so great with anything you are dealing with and worked with me when I had Bells Palsy last year. I have been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
