“As a first time home owner, I am learning how to care for my home. I am learning the importance of maintenance, which I am good at but also how my home operates. Austin from Tri-City, is so helpful. Ask a question and get an answer. He even shows me how things work for future reference. I like the younger generation of workers because of patience. That's been my experience so far but even hearing him speak to someone with more experience, they trust him to make the best decision. He was so helpful and efficient. He cleaned up after himself, very respectful knowledgeable. 2 jobs in one (one was an emergency and the other was planned). And honestly it didn't cost alot. 2 jobs under $800. Sign up for the Lifetime Club and build a relationship with the people who take care of your home. As long as we live here, Tri City will be our go to for heating, cooling and maintenance.
