Massage Envy is a popular destination for those seeking massage, skin care, and total body stretch services as part of their total body wellness and healthy lifestyle routine. The staff at Massage Envy are described as "fabulous," "kind," "courteous," and "helpful." Therapists like Ray, Cecily, and Ashley are praised for their exceptional skills, with one reviewer noting that they left feeling "very relaxed and sleepy" after a 90-minute massage. While some reviewers have experienced issues with last-minute cancellations, overall, the prices are considered "fair and reasonable," and the ability to visit multiple locations is a convenient perk. With a long history of satisfied customers, Massage Envy is highly recommended.
I have been going to the Milford location for a couple years now, about 3x a year. I have never had a bad experience with anyone present. The front desk is always super sweet and willing to help in any way they can. Ellen has been my masseuse recently (as requested) and she always makes sure I am relaxed, comfortable, and happy. I always look forward to the warm, welcoming, atmosphere of everyone at this location and I walk away happy and satisfied every visit. I will continue to schedule my massages here as long as possible! :)

Aaliyah is the goat when it comes to facials! She is the only este who remembered my skin turns pink when they use the papaya mask (and I haven't seen her for a facial in 4 months). She is very dedicated to the craft, understanding ingredients, and recommending products not just for the skin condition you have but for YOUR specific skin. She is an icon and she is the moment, I mean come on now! <3

Had the most amazing facial with Patti! Skin is clearer already! Massage with Joan was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Learned things I never had before. Highly recommend this team and location!
