200 S Ridge St, Rye Brook“This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. Again I am not good at yoga but it was such a good time. I was welcomed, the class was amazing, the studio is gorgeous. I love it here.“

Christine was detail-oriented and grasped my ongoing back issues as the source of my overall body pain and misalignment, where others had not. Throughout the entire session, she knew exactly what positions to put me in to further correct my form and posture.
