I just visited Fenix's Hair Salon and had an amazing haircut with the owner Alex. The space is well situated on on Railroad avenue in Greenwich CT and has such an intimate setting. Very clean and nicely set up, Alex is beautiful, warm and friendly and very adept in her craft. I’m so grateful for a good massage cause I have had plenty in the past in other places that left me feeling duped for the kinds of prices we pay! I will be coming back again especially for cupping! I provided a screenshot of their IG with all the artists direct pages because they all deserve the praise and recognition available. My husbands pet portrait done by Manny Valerio is only half done and no one would know because of the time spent to ensure he left with something he could be proud of. Marcos provided his talents for my piece, giving me a feminine detailed tattoo that I keep running to the mirror to admire. He was so patient with adjusting any details to complete my vision. Clear Drains team did an excellent job unclogging an underground gutter. They were recommended to me by my roofer, and lived up to the hype. They fixed the clogged gutter that I was aware of and also checked all of my other gutters. They found other issues which they resolved that day including digging up the pipes to get to the area of concern and going to get additional supplies. They kept me posted as they worked. They were also polite and took care to leave my yard in great condition when they were done. Will use them again if the need arises!

I recently hired Top Notch Carpentry & Remodeling to handle a variety of projects for my house, including rebuilding my porch, adding a new front and rear door, as well as, gutting, designing and creating a new finished basement for me. Since our return from winter vacation, we had been noticing hints of a small intruder in our house—holes in boxes and bags in our cabinets, and eventually mouse droppings parading across the washer and dryer. We are too squeamish to attempt to trap or kill a mouse, so we went to Angi and described our plight. Immediately, three local businesses were listed. Brian at Thoroughspect reached out to us right away. He set forth a plan to assess our 95-year-old house, checking all the vulnerable areas from attic to basement. One member of his team came out and inspected with camera. Brian offered an estimate based on those photos and a three-man team arrived to set traps, seal our house and reinspect.
Today, there’s not a mouse in sight, the house is restored to order, and we are two satisfied customers. Worth every penny.

Dr. Buonanno was recommended to me by a close family friend. When I gave him a call, I described to him what the pain in my back was as best as I could. He gave an educated guess (which turned out to be correct) and told me to come and see him and he assured me that I would be fixed based on what I described. When I scheduled an appointment he walked me through the process of what was happening. He was teaching me what he was observing and describing what was happening to my body. As a college student athlete for rowing, I lifted excessive weight and tore the ligaments keeping my spine together. But as he taught me they heal on their own. When they did, one of the vertebrates in my lower back just above my tailbone was still not correctly put back into place after the ligaments healed causing the pain. So the muscles that keep my spine (which he taught me the muscles names as well) in place were compensating for the pain and misplacement of the vertebrate from the previous accident. Once he saw me in person he said this is an easy fix, and helped me feel relaxed, assured, and informed on what was happening. I only had 3 appointments with him and my vertebrate was put pack into place and now I no longer have pain in my back. This goes without saying I highly recommend Dr. Buonanno and his staff. Thank you for fixing my back and teaching me at the same time!!

I got a month membership here while I was in town. Price for a month unlimited was very reasonable and there was a wide selection of classes. I enjoyed how challenging some of the hot classes were, and also enjoyed that they offered yin! Sign up and check in is smooth as can be.

I felt like all my muscles were contracted and I was becoming a twisted frozen person. Patrick gave me a wonderful massage. He has great techniques and found all the right places to release my muscles, while not being painful. I maintained great mobility afterwards. There is no waiting room so arrive on time. Go into the chiropractor's office; Patrick is in the back. Very clean, calm and soothing atmosphere inside his room. Bathroom in building hallway. Plenty of free parking. No spa services. I paid cash.
This is a great place. Perfect atmosphere and very friendly staff. I recommend zen spa to everyone. I live a very active lifestyle and came in feeling very sore. When l left, I felt amazingly refreshed! I will definitely come back again.
