I am a classically trained pilates instructor who just moved from NYC and I could not be happier to have discovered this incredible studio! I have taken several classes with Lisa and privates with Yungli! I would highly recommend both of them!

I highly recommend Simona's online teaching in classical Pilates. Her attention to detail and patience is outstanding. In addition, for anyone who is interested in certification as a third generation Pilates mat instructor, even if you are far away from CT and can only do online learning, the Art of Control is absolutely worth every penny!

I have been attending classes and having private for over five years. This is the best Pilates studio both for the experienced teachers employed and the equipment available to be used. I am always surprised at how detail oriented the teachers are suggesting miniscule corrections to improve a Pilates position. Lastly, the atmosphere in the studio is friendly, supportive, and encouraging..
